- Vehicles must have the relevant licensing, insurance, and tax for use on a public road.
- Drivers must hold a valid and current driving licence.
- Motorised floats must have a fully serviced fire extinguisher available.
- The ultimate responsibility for safety lies with each Parade Entrant.
- Entries must comply with all of the regulations and must comply with any relevant legislation, safety codes, and manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Participants must comply with instructions from the Gardai, Parade Safety Managers, or Stewards.
- Participants who fail to comply with any instruction will not be permitted to participate in future parades.
